  • Due to all items being made to order processing times may vary. All items have a 7-14 day processing time, this does not include shipping. Some of our smaller items such as cups may be shipping sooner than 7 business days. Keep in mind processing time does not include shipping time.

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours after placing your order. After 24 hours cancellations will not be accepted. Due to items being made to order, returns aren’t accepted.

  • Shipping prices depend on the item purchased. Rates are based on weight and distance of travel per each order.

  • We package all orders with care but understand things can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged please notify us at sunflarecreations.co@gmail.com. Images of damaged products will be requested.

    If your item is lost, please reach out to the shipping carrier first to start a claim then notify us at sunflarecreations.co@gmail.com. If tracking number sates it was successfully delivered, we are not responsible for sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

  • If you believe your item has been stolen you will need to report the theft to the mail carrier to file a theft claim. Stealing mail is a federal crime. You will also need to contact your local police to file a theft report. In order to process a replacement or a refund proof of claim and theft report being filed is required.

  • Keep your doormat in a dry and covered area to prevent fading. Exposing your doormat to the elements may cause the mat to wear out quicker. Do not saturate the doormat in water. If the mat may happen to get wet, drape it or hang it to allow the water to drain. Gentry shake or vacuum your mat to clear of any dist or debris

  • We recommended you use a mild detergent and machine wash on cold. Do not use bleach, dry clean or iron on design. Either hand dry or dry on low.
